Approach

How a pursuit runs

  1. 01

    Qualify the requirement

    We read the solicitation against real capacity — schedule, bonding, staffing, and site conditions. Work we cannot resource, we decline. That restraint is the point: a bid we win and cannot perform costs the government more than one we never submitted.

  2. 02

    Field the team

    We assemble the performing team around the scope, bringing in builders with directly relevant past performance rather than stretching a general resume to fit. Our partners hold the trade depth; we hold the contract.

  3. 03

    Carry the contract

    KHP stays accountable through close-out — submittals, safety reporting, invoicing, modifications, and the compliance record. One point of contact for the contracting officer, start to finish.
